Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking self-motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to join our team at the Kia and Chevrolet stores. You will help customers with all service needs, build loyalty and trust, and create a positive overall experience at our dealerships.

Key duties include scheduling appointments, generating repair estimates, post-repair follow-up, resolving complaints, and communicating vehicle status by phone or text.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to engage and educate customers on repair work needed.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
