Qualifications

• Minimum of one year prior automotive experience.
• Valid driver's license and favorable MVRO.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an estimate of repair costs, including parts and labor, or identify warranty coverage after vehicle assessment.
• Obtain customer authorization for additional repairs before completion.
• Establish realistic time promises for each customer.
• Maintain an accurate workload-based job tracking sheet to prevent carryovers and ensure adequate work in the group.
