Qualifications

• 2-3+ years Service Advisor / Writer experience (or 1+ year Assistant Service Manager).
• Strong customer service and sales skills; upselling is a plus.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency with service systems.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls.
• Advise customers on repair needs, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
