This role welcomes candidates from customer service, retail, or hospitality backgrounds and offers a commission-based annual salary in a busy dealership setting.

The position operates Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed, and offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of work. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Create estimates and contact customer to get approvals.
• Provide exceptional service, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
