Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior service advisor or service department manager role.
• Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of teamwork by selecting, training, and maintaining a multi-functional, diversified, and empowered workforce.
• Oversee financial performance, set forecasts, and ensure department meets performance standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer relations and act as escalation point for customer/vendor issues.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment in line with safety standards.
• Maintain and develop inter-departmental relationships.
• Participate in industry forums to stay current with trends and technologies.
