Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting labor and parts sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating with technicians, providing written estimates, and following up on service progress; evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Estimating experience with evaluative diagnostic capabilities is helpful.
• Strong customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of labor and parts.
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships within the Service Department and all other dealership departments.
• Greet customers and process repair orders; provide estimates and parts recommendations.
• Track vehicle progress and communicate with customers about status and completion.
