Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service oriented environment preferred
• Adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
• Advocate for teammates with a strong commitment to technology advancement
• Effective communication: oral, written, listening; phone skills; promotes a positive image and resolves issues

Responsibilities

• Remain at or above manufacturer CSI standard.
• Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management.
• Process all documentation to state and/or manufacturer standard.
• Complete all required training for Certification as prescribed by Management.
