Hoffman Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to ensure the safe and efficient handling of customer and company-owned vehicles. You will greet customers, prep vehicles, and keep the service area organized while supporting the service team with vehicle detailing and alignment checks.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and teamwork, with a focus on maintaining vehicle readiness and delivering a positive customer experience at the service drive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Able to adapt to change with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and listening.
• Promotes a positive image of the company and helps resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the service-write up area.
• Tag vehicles and install mats and seat covers.
• Park vehicles in appropriate locations and maintain lot order.
• Maintain loaner vehicles and assist with fuel and cleanliness.
• Inform management of any mechanical or body repairs needed.
• Perform alignment checks and print color alignment reports for the service consultants.
• Clean, wash and detail customer vehicles, shop and service area as needed.
