Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
- Present repair options in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Manage store workflow efficiently and effectively.
- Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere and professional phone communication.
- Build long-term relationships with guests and the store.
- Direct and participate in customer service activities.
- Assist other staff as needed and ensure repairs meet specifications.
