Christian Brothers Automotive in Minnesota is seeking an energetic Service Advisor/Writer to be the trusted face for guests as they navigate vehicle repair. You will guide customers through the repair process, keeping them informed and ensuring satisfaction before they leave the facility.

The role emphasizes selling services with integrity, presenting clear solutions, and maintaining a high standard of guest care while collaborating with a friendly team in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience in any field.
• Desire and demeanor to deliver amazing customer service.
• The ability to multitask during the sales process, including effective listening skills.
• Can execute problem-solving skills during a guest conversation.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software applications.
• Experience in Customer Service or Automotive Service roles preferred.
• Industry-recognized sales or service training certification preferred.
• Driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
