Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Northlake KIA in Florida. This role serves as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and maintaining transparent communications throughout the service process.

Responsibilities include meeting maintenance needs, writing RO with cost/time estimates, and coordinating with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Automotive service advisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to assess maintenance needs and provide options.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost estimates and timeframes.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
