Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who can guide guests through vehicle maintenance and repairs with clear communication.

You will build rapport and present repair options professionally while ensuring service excellence. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with guests through the service process
• Assist customers in maintaining vehicles per manufacturer standards
• Present needed repairs and maintenance professionally
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales in line with company standards
• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
