Diehl of Beaver – Beaver Falls, PA is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Person / Parts Advisor to join our service team. You will assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts needs and ensure accurate pricing, availability, and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts counter or dealership parts department.
• Knowledge of OEM parts catalogs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers with automotive parts needs
• Look up and identify OEM automotive parts using electronic parts catalogs
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and parts information
• Pull and distribute parts for automotive service technicians
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain automotive parts inventory
• Monitor backorders and follow up on special-order parts
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding parts availability
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
