Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Beloit, WI is seeking a customer-oriented, entry-level Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will serve as the vital link between customers and the service department, assessing service needs and preparing repair orders to ensure top-notch care.

You will greet customers, provide labor and parts estimates, communicate inspection results, schedule appointments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior Service Advising experience in a Dealership or Service Center.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and record needs.
• Prepare repair orders with labor and parts estimates for approval.
• Explain inspection results and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide repair progress updates and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure smooth process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

Job Summary:

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a customer-oriented, entry level Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle concerns, and record their needs.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor and parts estimates, for customer approval.
• Communicate with customers about inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Provide updates on repair progress, explain costs, and secure customer authorization for additional work.
• Schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements

Compensation:
