Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional personal appearance required.
• Desire to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet monthly dealership standards/quota.
• Integrity and honesty are essential.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed multipoint inspections.
• Perform video inspection on every vehicle.
• Complete repairs and service orders accurately and timely.
• Follow all safety guidelines and policies, including hazardous waste handling and housekeeping.
• Meet productivity and efficiency quotas weekly and monthly.
• Maintain customer relations with attentive, respectful responses to needs.
• Adhere to Nelson Character Commitment (Good Attitude, Ability, Honesty, Loyalty).
• Strive for daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth.
