Job summary

Jim Winter Auto Group in Jackson, Michigan, seeks an Auto Sales Rainmaker to drive new and repeat business in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. You will log, track, and follow up with clients in our CRM, and aim to sell 10+ vehicles per month while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, one day 11 AM–8 PM, alternating Saturdays 9 AM–3 PM. We offer competitive compensation with commission, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, profit

Location: Jim Winter Auto Group | Jackson, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time (42–50 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Complete assigned training on time

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (including digital outreach)

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and uphold our stress-free buying experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM (with one day: 11 AM – 8 PM)

• Alternating Saturdays: 9 AM – 3 PM
