Job summary

Jim Winter Auto Group in Jackson, Michigan is seeking an Auto Sales & Leasing Consultant to build relationships, close deals, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

You will log and follow up with clients in our CRM, aim to sell 12+ vehicles per month, and collaborate across departments to deliver a stress‑free buying experience. We offer competitive compensation, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and generous PTO.

Auto Sales & Leasing Consultant

Location: Jim Winter Auto Group | Jackson, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time (42-50 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Log, track, and follow up with clients in our CRM
• Sell 12+ vehicles per month
• Complete assigned training on time

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (with one day: 11 AM - 8 PM)
• Alternating Saturdays: 9 AM - 3 PM
