Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and verify authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in automotive sales or Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and match vehicles to lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance for a smooth process.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience before, during, and after sale.
