Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication are required; strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships by assisting customers throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, digital opportunities, and community involvement.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Utilize the dealership's CRM system to manage customer communications and sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, manufacturer programs, and competitive products.
• Collaborate with managers and finance personnel to deliver a seamless purchase experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the sales team's success.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
