Ford of Latham in Latham, NY is hiring full-time Auto Sales Representatives who must be able to work Saturdays and report to the GSM. This on-site position focuses on delivering a best-in-class car buying experience.

Candidates with hospitality, retail or B2B sales backgrounds are encouraged; no experience is required, and we provide training to help you close deals and grow with Lithia & Driveway, a Fortune 200 company.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to guide them through vehicle purchases.
• Present vehicle attributes, models, features, and financing options to customers.
• Track customers using the store management system and follow up.
• Attend product and training sessions to stay up-to-date on offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with past and prospective customers.
