Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies.
• Ensure all customer follow up is completed and maintain friendly relationships with customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management system.
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
