I-5 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT in Chehalis, WA is hiring enthusiastic Auto Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll guide customers through a thorough buying process and showcase our broad lineup of vehicles, including new Toyota, VW, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, FIAT, and Chevy models.

We offer aggressive pay plans, comprehensive benefits, and a path to strong earnings through monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to sit for long periods and walk the dealership lot; drive all types of vehicles.
• Friendly demeanor with a passion to help others.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a thorough buying process with established selling steps.
• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.
• Provide vehicles to customers through an established delivery process with warranty and paperwork explained.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Daily CRM activities according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
