You will greet customers, document service needs, explain express services, manage repair orders in the DMS, and upsell preventative maintenance. The role offers earning potential of $42,000–$78,000 per year with commission and a Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm schedule, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dealership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and customer‑service oriented.
• Sales approach and ability to consult with customers.
• Comfort with using technology and DMS tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the service drive.
• Listen to customer concerns and document service needs.
• Provide clear explanations of express services, estimated wait times, and pricing.
• Manage repair orders within the dealership management system (DMS).
• Communicate with express lube technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review inspection findings and present recommended maintenance to customers.
• Upsell appropriate preventative maintenance services (filters, fluids, rotations, etc.).
• Handle payments, warranty information, coupons, and final invoicing.
