Job summary

Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram FIAT is seeking an automotive sales professional to drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, explain features, and demonstrate operation in showroom or on test drives.

You will quote prices, handle paperwork, arrange delivery and registration, and participate in business development while upholding CSI and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Moderate ability to learn web-based CRM and office applications.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Quotes sales price including tax, trade-ins and discounts.
• Completes paperwork for vehicle sales.
• Arranges delivery and registration of vehicles.
