No prior car sales experience required; we will train. Candidates should be reliable, communicative, and customer-oriented, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build rapport by providing a professional, friendly, and informative sales experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Explain available models, trims, options, and technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and promotions.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with management throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and review key features with customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and dealership events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity.
