OK Carz in Ocala, FL is seeking a Selling Manager who will lead sales while supporting daily store operations. You will guide customers from application to contract signing and assist Sales Advisors in closing deals, helping grow the business.

The role requires automotive sales management experience, a high-energy, customer-focused approach, and strong communication. This is an on-site, full-time role with bonus and commission opportunities.

Formación

• Automotive Sales Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial application to contract signing.
• Assist Sales Advisors in closing deals and handling customer objections.
• Generate new business through prospecting, social media, dealer referrals, and customer networks.
• Respond to internet leads, follow up, and schedule customer appointments.
• Uphold Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Support the Store Manager with inventory, sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns as needed.
• Assist in business growth and ensure the integrity of the customer experience.
• Support Home Office with various operational tasks.
