Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process from application to contract closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
• Prospect new business via social media, referrals, dealer connections, and other strategies.
• Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily tasks.
• Grow the business through CRM and ethical business practices.
• Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Coach Sales Advisors on closing deals and handling objections.
• Liaise with the Home Office on various business needs.
