Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Pass a prescreen background and drug test.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first-class car shopping experience to customers.
• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicles by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product features, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Describe all optional equipment available for purchase.
• Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certifications.
