Job summary

AutoSavvy is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to drive vehicle sales with inbound and self-generated leads. You will build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and negotiate to maximize gross profit while using CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.

The role offers high income with an uncapped pay plan, ongoing sales training, mentorship, and a team-focused environment that rewards performance. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, wireless, insurance, or high-ticket).
• Proven ability to communicate, influence, and close.
• Competitive mindset (sports, commissions, rankings, etc. are a plus).
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Bilingual is a plus, especially in Spanish.
