Responsibilities

• Establish personal goals aligned with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet them.
• Maintain knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory; describe features and benefits to customers.
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; participate in test drives and compare models; explain warranties and services.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous customers.
• Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate, complete lease and purchase agreements, and explain warranties and services.
• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Pre-employment screenings including drug test, background check, and MVR review; employment contingent on satisfactory results.
