Formación

• Previous automobile sales experience preferred; training is available.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards to drive productivity.
• Maintain knowledge of new and used inventory and explain features.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and compare models.
• Prospect daily and maintain rapport with past customers.
• Overcome objections and guide customers through purchase or lease.
• Adhere to safety policies and dealership procedures.
