Fox Motors in Cadillac is seeking a customer-oriented auto sales professional to engage showroom and lot customers, demonstrate vehicle knowledge, and build lasting relationships. You will guide buyers through selections, trade-ins, financing options, and delivery, while maintaining an appealing showroom and lot setup.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-facing background, strong communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom and lot customers, consulting on vehicle needs and delivering service.
• Stay up to date on vehicle specs, features, safety ratings, and technology for demonstrations.
• Utilize CRM systems to complete pre- and post-sale follow-ups and grow relationships.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-ins, financing products, and delivery processes.
• Assist with lot and showroom presentation, ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for test drives.
