Job summary

Fox Motors is seeking an Auto Sales Consultant to greet showroom and lot customers, understand their vehicle needs, and deliver exceptional service through thorough demonstrations.

You will stay current on vehicle specs, features, safety ratings, and technology, build lasting relationships using our CRM, guide buyers through selections and financing, and participate in showroom setup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a major plus; automotive experience not required.
• Energetic, professional, and confident interpersonal communication.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales objectives in a team-focused environment.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and Saturdays as business needs require.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom and lot customers, consulting on their vehicle needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay up to date on vehicle specs, features, safety ratings, and technology to conduct thorough, high-quality vehicle demonstrations.
• Utilize dealership CRM systems to complete pre- and post-sale follow-ups, maintain customer relationships, and grow your client base.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in valuations, financial products, and delivery processes.
• Assist with lot and showroom setup, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for test drives.
