No prior automotive sales experience is required; we fully train for the first 60 days. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and a flexible schedule including weekends, with strong earning potential through commissions.

Responsibilities

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers in showroom or on the lot.
• Keep up to date with product information to maintain vehicle knowledge.
• Provide customers with specification information about vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features in a high-quality, professional manner.
• Use dealership systems to complete follow-up and build a client database.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensure processes are followed for vehicle delivery.
• Introduce customers to dealership points of interest.
• Assist with showroom preparation to keep a strong vehicle selection.
