Step One Automotive Group Llc is seeking a motivated Salesperson to guide customers through vehicle purchases, driving gross profit and customer satisfaction across dealership locations in Florida. The role is the primary showroom face, handling the full customer journey from greeting to delivery and follow-up.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in automotive sales or proven sales ability preferred.
• Ability to learn dealership software and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly unit sales and gross profit targets.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience from first contact through follow-up.
• Maintain a high CSI score reflecting customer satisfaction.
• Build a personal prospect and owner follow-up system for repeat/referral business.
• Complete OEM and SOAG training monthly and maintain certifications.
• Execute deals with accurate paperwork, finance handoff, delivery, and title processing.
• Introduce customers to Service Department to foster long-term relationships.
• Operate with integrity, professionalism, and compliance with laws.
