Step One Automotive Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Salesperson to guide customers through vehicle purchases, aiming to drive profits and customer satisfaction. You will deliver an exceptional experience from first contact through delivery, maintain a high CSI, and build a strong follow-up network for repeat business.

Responsibilities include completing deals with proper paperwork, financing handoff, title processing, and introducing customers to the Service Department to foster long-term

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred; motivated candidates without experience considered.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle purchases to meet sales targets.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
• Maintain high CSI scores and build a follow-up system for repeat/referral business.
• Execute deals with accurate paperwork, financing handoff, delivery, and title processing.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department to foster long-term relationships.
• Complete OEM and SOAG training monthly to maintain manufacturer certifications.
