Job summary

Bedard Bros Auto Sales in Cheshire, Massachusetts is looking for ONE Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll work with an established sales group in a friendly retail environment. No sales experience is necessary.

You’ll identify customer needs, help buyers choose the best vehicle and financing, and build lasting relationships that drive sales. Compensation includes $50,000 to $150,000 per year, hourly pay plus commission, weekly pay, and benefits such as health, 401K with match, paid

Qualifications

• No sales experience required.
• Ability to identify customer needs in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain vehicle features and financing options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and respond to customer needs.
• Help customers find the best vehicle (new and/or used) and financing option.
• Translate and explain features and benefits of vehicles and financing packages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Stay up to date on new products and services Bedard Bros Auto Sales offers.
• Assist with other sales related tasks as needed.
