Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answering questions and helping select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory, features, and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight quality and efficiency of service.
