• Excellent customer service, organization and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help select a suitable vehicle.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product performance and options, and determine customer vehicle needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features to benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
