Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Sales Consultant for Napleton Valley Hyundai. You will assist customers, tailor vehicle choices, and solidify relationships to drive loyalty and sales.

You will present product features, guide customers through paperwork, and coordinate with service staff to emphasize quality and post-sale service. This role offers paid training and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight quality and efficiency of service.
