As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will welcome customers, understand their vehicle preferences and budget, present features and pricing, conduct test drives, and help with delivery and financing. Earnings potential is uncapped and tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a desire to create exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other channels; build and maintain strong relationships.
