The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be customer-focused. This full-time position offers expected earnings ranging from $45,000 to $150,000 based on performance and sales results.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers via various communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features and warranty coverage.
