Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, options, pricing, incentives, financing, and services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and current customers via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand features and warranty.
