Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an automotive sales consultant to greet customers, guide them through the sales process, and help find vehicles that meet their needs. The role includes promoting accessories and financing options, completing contracts, delivering vehicles, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

You will participate in Acura manufacturer training and ongoing product education, using multiple channels to stay connected with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process
• Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer’s needs
• Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in manufacturer education and training programs
• Stay connected with customers using multiple communication channels, including social media
