Job summary

Ron Bouchard's Acura of Auburn Store is expanding and seeking new sales associates to join our multi-dealership family. You will greet customers, assess their automotive needs, and guide them through the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated with continual learning mindset.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
• A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand automotive needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews to identify preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Maintains an understanding of features and benefits of vehicles within dealership inventory.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct test drives and highlight key features to showcase the value of the vehicles.
• Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing transactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
