Job summary

FirstChoice Hiring is seeking sales professionals to join our automotive sales team. No prior automotive experience is required, and veterans are encouraged to apply.

You will work with customers to determine vehicle needs, present suitable options, and guide them through a positive dealership experience. We offer a 5-day work week, a guaranteed training pay of $2,500 per month for 90 days, and benefits including medical/dental, a 401(k), paid vacation, and strong opportunities for career

If you have Sales experience in any field, whether it's in Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Electronics, or Retail Sales, we would like to hear from you! Our Sales Consultants are responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensuring that each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience.

• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude
• Team oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
