Job summary

Toyota West Mobile is expanding its sales team in Mobile, Alabama. As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process—from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, product demonstrations, and final delivery.

You’ll represent a trusted Ford dealership offering new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicles, backed by a supportive management team and strong local reputation. We value motivation, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
