The position emphasizes timely communication, CRM utilization, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule sales appointments for prospective customers.
• Follow up with unsold prospects using CRM tools.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and conduct follow-up after visits.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options.
