Qualifications

• Customer service experience of one year preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Greet and guide customers at the dealership and proceed with the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and complete the sale.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and overcome objections.
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships after the sale.
• Prospect new business and follow up with referrals.
