Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead daily store performance and customer experience. You will supervise staff, drive sales, manage payroll, budgets and promotions, and ensure outstanding service across five days work with weekend coverage.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and proven success in retail sales management; preferred is a 2-year college degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
